Cooking with Sarah: Bourbon Caramel Sauce

Here is video number two, in which I make the bourbon caramel sauce that I served with the chocolate cake and ice cream from my first Daring Bakers challenge. (I think it's better than the first video - what do you think? I know I felt more comfortable in front of the camera the second time around.)

Very informative! And I'm so impressed you mastered making caramel sauce on your first try. I am definitely afraid of making caramel. I tried once and ended up with a pan-shaped block of crystallized sugar.

Great video, i've had bad experiences with burning caramel... so your tip on brushing down the sides'll be very helpful for me next time :D

Thanks for the nice comments! I was definitely scared of burning the caramel, which is why I did a test run the day before.
